PASTOR
Gene Washburne began serving at Coronado in January of 2007. He has a B.A. in psychology from the University of North Texas and a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological seminary. Prior to coming to Coronado Baptist, Gene served in Baptist churches in Texas, Oklahoma and Colorado. Gene and Candy have three children, Caleb , Corey and Elanor.
. MINISTER OF MUSIC
Dr. Richard Rose is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served over forty years as a minister of music. He is a member of the Arkansas Baptist Master Singers. He and his wife Nancy have three children and four grandchildren.
MINISTER OF CHURCH ADMINISTRATION
Jerry Thompson is a graduate of Bob Jones University and Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. Jerry spent nearly 40 years in the insurance industry as an administrator. Jerry and Joyce have five daughters and five grandchildren. They are charter members of Coronado Baptist Church.
CHURCH SECRETARY
Liz Staton attended the University of Arkansas in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She has a wide variety of work experience. Liz was an executive secretary in the utilities industry, a church secretary, and real estate broker. Liz has two daughters and two grandchildren. Liz is a charter member of Coronado Baptist Church.
